  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup short grain rice rinsed and drained

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 1 dash sea salt to taste
  • 1 dash black pepper to taste
