This recipe serves 4-6, making it perfect for family dinners or even entertaining guests. Furthermore, the ingredients are simple yet high in quality, ensuring that every bite is delicious.

Ingredients and Directions

You’ll start with 3 large red beets, 1 pound of fresh Brussels sprouts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, a medium red onion, fresh thyme, pink Himalayan sea salt, and black pepper. It’s straightforward, yet the outcome is nothing short of spectacular.

The Cooking Process for our easy elegant vegetable side dish

After prepping your veggies, you’ll arrange them on a baking sheet and roast them to perfection. The key here is not to overcrowd the pan, ensuring that each vegetable piece becomes beautifully caramelized and tender. Also, the addition of fresh thyme adds a lovely aroma and depth of flavor that makes this dish truly stand out.

Serving and Enjoyment

Once out of the oven, give your dish a moment to cool before serving. This not only allows the flavors to meld together but also makes it easier to handle. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to gather everyone around the table, ready to enjoy this colorful creation.
